In the refurbishment and interior design project of the Tabaqueira Headquarters, Mão Livre’s first priority was to create a consistent aesthetic discourse throughout the different spaces, reinforcing the company’s institutional character and creating comfortable and inspiring working conditions to all employees. The use of white silk screened glass as wall panels on the main sections, conveys a clean modern feel to the different spaces. The slatted ashwood panels used on all closet areas and doors, on the other hand, conveys sobriety and comfort and allows for a harmonious integration of all materials used.
